摘 要:在480℃、580℃和680℃下,分别烧结LiOH·H2O和NH4VO3的均匀混合物制得3种Li1.4V3O8样品。采用XRD、FTIR、循环伏安和充放电实验测试样品的结构和电化学性能之间的关系。XRD和FTIR的分析结果表明,合成的样品具有典型的Li1+xV3O8结构。充放电和循环伏安实验表明,480℃的样品可以达到500mA·h/g以上的高比容量,有一定的可充性。Three kinds of Li_(1.4)V_(3)O_(8)samples were synthesized by a solid-phase sintering process , in which the mixture of LiOH·H_(2)O and NH_(4)VO_(3) sintered at 480 ℃,580 ℃ and 680 ℃ in air atmosphere respectively.The measurements of XRD, FTIR,cyclic voltammogram and charge/discharge experiments were employed to study the relationship between structure and electrochemical performance of Li_(1.4)V_(3)O_(8).The experimental data of XRD and FTIR show that the synthesized samples possess typical structure of Li_(1+x)V_(3)O_(8).The charge/discharge experiment showed that 480 ℃ sample exhibits a capacity more than 500 mA·h/g in the first charge/discharge cycle.The results indicate that this synthesis technique not only have the advantage of convenient operation, but also can obtain a typical structure of Li_(1+x)V_(3)O_(8) with high capacity as well.
