汽车覆盖件拉深成形拉深筋作用仿真研究

摘　　要：以韩国现代某型轿车前挡泥板拉深成形为例 ,利用有限元软件LS -DYNA的动态显式算法 ,仿真研究了汽车覆盖件拉深成形过程中 ,拉深筋对薄板成形质量的影响 ,其中应用线单元等效拉深筋的功能。研究结果表明 ,在模具上设置拉深筋能够明显改善薄板的塑性流动质量 ,抑制发生起皱缺陷。Taking the front fender of a Hyundai's car as an example, a simulation study on the effect of drawbeads on the forming quality of auto body panel is carried out using the dynamic explicit algorithm in FEA code LS-DYNA. The results show that the drawbeads on blank holder or die can markedly improve the plastic flow of sheet metal and to prevent the occurring of wrinkling defect.
