摘 要:通过对某钢厂冷连轧机穿带过程的深入研究,提出了在该轧机上应用“厚带头”穿带工艺的新方案。并且利用不同的建模方法,推导出用来计算穿带时出口厚度设定值的三个数学模型,即:机理建模模型、辨识建模模型和模糊建模模型。经过仿真和试验,最后根据该冷连轧机自身的实际特点,将模糊建模模型成功地应用于实际的控制系统中,缩短了轧机穿带过程所用的时间,取得了较为明显的效果。Through the careful research and analysis on threading process in a cold continuous rolling mill, we proposed a new threading technology satisfying the mill, namely threading with a supposed output thickness that is thicker than the true one. In order to ascertain this rational thickness of the strip, three mathematical modes were built up as viewed from different types of modeling, which included mechanism modeling model、 identification modeling model and fuzzy modeling model. The fuzzy modeling model was applied successfully in the mills control system at last, based on simulation and test. As a result, the time needed to thread strip through five rolls of the mill was shorted obviously, and an ideal effect was achieved naturally.
