摘  要:采用自行研制的FS化学精制剂和FS01络合捕集剂对两种焦化柴油进行精制,以改善焦化柴油的质量和储存安定性。该方法精制工艺简单、投资少、成本低,是缓解目前无加氢能力的炼厂精制焦化柴油的良好途径。结果表明,在剂油质量比为1:350时,焦化柴油色度降低,两种焦化柴油氧化安定性总不溶物从7.9.8.7 mg/100mL降低到1.5,2.4mg/100mL,柴油收率在99.5%以上。精制后柴油储存安定性显著提高,储存3个月后,其氧化安定性总不溶物仍小于2.5 mg/100 mL。精制后的焦化柴油,直馏柴油和催化裂化柴油按体积比1:1:1调和后,各项指标均达到-10#轻柴油国家标准要求,且调和油的储存安定性较好。Two kinds of coker diesels were refined by FS chemical refining agent and FS01 complexing- trapped agent, which were developed by ourselves, in order to improve the quality and storage stability of coker diesel. The result shows at the condition that the mass ratio of catalyst to oil is 1 :350, the colors of coker diesels decrease and that the insoluble matters after oxidation drop respectively from 7.9,8.7 mg/100 mL to 1.5,2.4 mg/100 mL, and the yields of the diesels is all above 99. 5%. The storage stabilities of refined coker diesels are improved greatly and still lower than 2. 5 mg/100 mL after three- month storage. All quality indexes meet the national quality standards of- 10# light diesel oil after the refined coker diesel is blended with straight - run diesel and FCC diesel oil in proportion as 1:1:1. The refining process is simple, low in investment and operation cost, so its applied prospect is extensive.
