摘　　要：目的　为探讨Survivin基因在老年结肠癌的表达。方法　采用免疫组织化学方法对 89例老年结肠癌标本Survivin基因表达进行检测。结果　Survivin在正常结肠组织中不表达 ,89例老年结肠癌中Survivin表达阳性率 74 .2 % ,16例结肠息肉中Survivin表达阳性率为 4 7.8% ,老年结肠癌Sur vivin基因蛋白阳性表达高于结肠良性病变 (P <0 .0 5 )。老年结肠癌Survivin基因蛋白表达与病理类型差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。老年结肠癌Survivin基因蛋白阳性表达与Dukes分期差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　Survivin基因对老年结肠癌的发生。Objective To study the expression of Survivin gene in colon cancer in the aged. Methods Survivin gene expression was detected in 61 aged patients with colon cancer by immunohistochemical method. Results There was no expression of Survivin in normal colon tissues. The positive expression rate of Survivin in colon polyp and colon cancer was 47.8%(16/34) and 74.2%(66/89) respectively and there was significant difference (P<0.05). There was significant difference in positive expression of Survivin in Dukes A, B, C was 40%, 61.9%, 88.7% respectively (P<0.05). Conclusions Survivin is expressed in the earlier period of cancer of colon and could be an important index for prognosis and diagnosis of colon cancer.
