摘　　要：目的　研究寡脱氧核苷酸 (简称CpG)对狂犬病疫苗免疫效果的影响。方法　用狂犬病疫苗原液 +Al(OH) 3 、狂犬病疫苗原液 +CpG、狂犬病疫苗原液 +Al(OH) 3 +CpG 3种配伍方式分别免疫地鼠 ,同时用狂犬病疫苗原液作对照 ;免疫途径分为腹腔、皮下和肌肉 ,全程免疫结束后 2周采血 ,进行小白鼠中和试验。同时用NIH法对不同配伍的疫苗进行效力检测。结果　 3种免疫途径以皮下和肌肉免疫效果较腹腔为好 ;3种配伍方式中以狂犬病疫苗原液 +Al(OH) 3+CpG的免疫效果最好 ;狂犬病疫苗原液 +CpG较狂犬病疫苗原液对照免疫效果好。Objective To study the influence of CpG on the effect of rabies vaccine.Methods Divide 40 hamsters into 4 groups averagely and inoculate with bulks of rabies vaccine containing aluminium hydroxide,CpG,aluminium hydroxide plus CpG and the bulk free of adjuvant respectively according an immune schedule of 0,7.In each group,the hamsters were inoculated by i.p.,s.c.and i.m.routes at the dosages of 0.5,0.3 and 0.3 ml respectively.Bleed the hamsters 2 weeks after the 2nd inculation and separate sera for neutralization test in mice.Meanwhile,determine the potencies of the vaccines with different formula by NIH method.Results Compared with that by i.p.inoculation,the immune effects by s.c. and i.m. routes were good.Of the vaccines with different formula,the bulk containing aluminium hydroxide plus CpG showed the most satisfactory immune effect.However,the immune effect of the bulk containing CpG was better than that of bulk free of adjuvant.Conclusion CpG enhanced the immune effect of rabies vaccine significantly.
