摘  要:采用不同Vc的人工配合饲料 ,研究了Vc对中华绒螯蟹雄性生殖的影响。实验分为 5组 ,其添加量分别为 0mg 1 0 0g饲料 (实验 1组 )、2 0 0mg 1 0 0g饲料 (实验 2组 )、40 0mg 1 0 0g饲料 (实验 3组 )、60 0mg 1 0 0g饲料 (实验 4组 )和 80 0mg 1 0 0g饲料 (实验 5组 ) ,实验为期 5 0d。结果如下 :1 )肝胰腺、精巢和副性腺中Vc的积累量以实验 3组最高 ,分别为 2 2 61 μg mgprot、1 0 2 1 7μg mgprot、7 661 μg mgprot;2 )肝体指数和性腺指数以实验 3组最高 ,分别为 0 0 5 2 3和 0 0 2 68;3 )增重率同样以实验 3组最高 ,实验 1组最低 ,分别为 3 1 3 3 %和 2 1 2 %;4)睾酮含量以实验 2组最高 ,为 1 2 5 7ng ml,但实验 3组的睾酮含量与实验 2组接近 ;5 )SOD酶活性与其Vc含量呈负相关 ,且精巢和副性腺的酶活性高于肝胰腺。结果表明 :适量添加Vc可促进雄蟹肝胰腺、精巢和副性腺对Vc的积累 ,同时可促进精巢的发育及睾酮的分泌 ,而过量添加可能会对精巢的发育产生不良影响 ;河蟹体内的抗氧化系统之间存在着相互的协调和平衡 。The influence of dietary vitamin C (Vc) on reproduction of male Chinese mitten handed crab (Eriocheir sinensis) was studied. Different levels of Vc were supplemented in diets, in order to clarify the effect of Vc on male reproduction. There were 5 groups in the experiment, and the Vc supplement levels were 0 mg/100 g feed (group 1), 200 mg/100 g feed (group 2), 400 mg/100 g feed (group 3), 600 mg/100 g feed (group 4), and 800 mg/100 g feed (group 5), respectively. Male crabs weighted 70~80 g on average were separately fed with one of the test diets. The feeding experiment was carried out indoor for 50 days. The results showed that 1)Vc contents of hepatopancreas,testis, and glandula accessoria in group 3 were 2 261 μg/mg prot, 10 217 μg/mg prot, and 7 661 μg/mg prot, respectively, higher than those of the other groups; 2)Hepatopancreas indexes and GSI in group 3 were the highest(0 052?3 and 0 026?8) among the five groups; 3)The rate of weight gain of group 3 (23 28%) was the highest and the group 1 was the lowest (12 5%); 4) The concentration of testosterone in group 2 was the highest (1 257 ng/ml),followed by group 3; 5) The SOD activity of each tissue had a negative correlation with the content of Vc and SOD activity in testis and glandula accessoria was higher than that in hepatopancreas. The data suggest that a proper supplement of dietary Vc is beneficial to Vc accumulation in hepatopancreas, gonad and glandula accessoria, and apparently stimulates both gonad development and sex hormone secretion. Antioxidation systems interact with each other in harmony and balance in this species, and gonad needs more antioxidaant protection than other tissues after the gonad gets maturated.
