摘　　要：开发了一种不锈钢快速化学氧化法着黑色工艺 ,并讨论了该配方各组份的作用及其对着黑色膜质量的影响 .结果表明 :该工艺着色时间短、环境污染小、黑膜附着力强、光泽性好 ;A new process for blackening of stainless steel was investigated.The effect of the bath composition and other process parameters on the quality of blackening were carefully examined.Therewith the opitmal parameters for blackening process were established.The experimental results showed that the blackening film possessed strong adhesion,uniformity in color,excellent luster and better corrosion-and wear resistance.Farthermore,The mechanism of blackening process of stainless steel was also discussed.
