摘　　要：目的 :探讨食管癌合并糖尿病的围手术期治疗措施。方法 :对外科治疗的 4 8例食管癌合并糖尿病患者进行回顾性分析。结果 :4 8例患者均行手术治疗 ,术后并发症 12例 ,无死亡病例。结论 :食管癌合并糖尿病只要围手术期严格控制血糖 ,仍然是安全的。Objective:In order to explore the treatment of the diabetic patients with esophageal cancer during the perioperative period.Methods:The clinic data of 48 diabetic patients with esophageal cancer were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All 48 cases had been taken operation with 12 complications,no death.Conclusion:The surgery operation in the diabetic patients with esophageal cancer is safe,if the fasting blood sugar had been controlled strictly during the perioperative period.
