p53和KAI1在胃癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨胃癌中p53和KAI1蛋白表达的相关性及其与胃癌侵袭转移的关系。方法免疫组化S-P法检测p53和KAI1的表达。结果 胃癌组织中KAI1蛋白的阳性率显著低于胃正常组织(P<0.01),p53蛋白阳性率显著高于胃正常组织(P<0.01)。KAI1与胃癌的临床分期、病理分化程度及转移呈负相关(P<0.05)。p53与胃癌的临床分期、病理分化程度及转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。p53和KAI1表达之间无明显相关(P>0.05,rc=0.025)。结论p53和KAI1蛋白的检测可用于胃癌转移预测、恶性程度评估和预后判断。p53可能并不直接调控KAI1在胃癌中的表达。Objective To study the expression of p53 and KAIl in gastric cancer and their relation with metastasis of gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of KAIl and p53 protein was investigated with immuno-histochemical method in 31 cases of gastric carcinoma and normal gastric tissue of 20 patients with benign gastric disease undergoing surgery in our hospital from November, 1999 to May,2000.Results The positive rate of KAIl protein in gastric cancer was significantly lower than that in normal gastric tissue(P < 0.01)and the positive rate of p53 protein in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissue( P < 0.01) .The abnormal expression of KAIl and p53 protein was closely correlated to the tumor stage, grade of tumor differentiation and metastasis status(P< 0.05), while not related with age, sex, and size of tumor of the patients(P<0.05) .The expression of KAIl protein was not found to be associated with the presence of p53 protein in gastric carcinoma (P > 0.05, rc=0.025). Conclusions The alterations of p53 and KAIl protein in gastric carcinoma were implicated in tumor progression. P53 and KAIl may be useful indicators of the prognosis, invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. However, it seems that the KAIl expression is not regulated by p53 directly in gastric carcinoma.
