激光照射幼鼠穴位的实验观察

摘　　要：目的　研究用不同功率的He Ne激光照射幼鼠大椎穴和至阳穴对红细胞和白细胞的影响 ,为临床治疗红细胞和白细胞减少患者及促进幼儿发育提供参考依据。方法　用同一波长、不同功率的He Ne激光照射幼鼠大椎穴和至阳穴 ,解剖取血测量血常规相关指标。结果　在一定的频率范围内 ,红细胞和白细胞随He Ne激光的照射功率增加而增加。结论　用He Ne激光照射幼鼠大椎穴和至阳穴可引起红细胞和白细胞增加。Objective: To observe effect of He-Ne laser on RBC and WBC, and guide the treatment for the patients with the decreasing RBC and WBC and children's development. Methods: The He-Ne laser of the different powers and of the same wave length was used to irradiate young mice's Da-zhui acupuncture point and Zhi-yang acupuncture point, and the mice were dissected to determine the relevant conventional indices. Results: With certain frequency ranges, the number of RBC and WBC increased along with the He-Ne laser frequency. Conclusion: The irradiating of young mice's Da-zhui acupuncture point and Zhi-yang acupuncture point can intrease the number of RBC and WBC.
