摘　　要：目的　探讨PCNA在胃癌中的表达及与临床病理因素之间的关系 ,进一步探讨胃癌发病的分子机制。方法　 35例胃癌患者 ,均经手术病理证实。采用SP免疫组化方法检测 35例胃癌、癌旁、正常胃粘膜中PCNA的表达。结果　在胃癌组织中PCNA的阳性表达率分别为 4 9 11± 14 37,明显高于癌旁及正常胃粘膜组织 (P <0 0 1) ;PC NA指数在低分化胃癌中表达高于高中分化胃癌 (P <0 0 5 ) ;结论　PCNA在胃癌的发生、发展中起重要作用 ;PC NA可作为评价胃癌预后的指标。Objective: To investigate the relationship between expression of PCNA and the clinical significance in gastric cancer. Methods:35 Thirty-five patients with gastric cancer ascertained pathologically were checked up with low tonic air-barium doubled upper gastrography,and all specimens were photographed. The expressions of PCNA were detected by using immunohischemical (SP) method. Results: The expressions of PCNA were 49.11±14.37,and there was significant difference in the expressions of genes between gastric tissues and paracancaeous and normal tissues(P<0.01); The PCNA index was significantly higher in poorly differentiated type than that in well/moderately differentiated types(P<0.05). Conclusion: PCNA plays an important role in the course and development of gastric cancer; PCNA is a fairly good index in the jnosis of gastric cancinoma.
