摘　　要：在毒品案件侦查实践中,诱惑侦查已被大量使用,我国立法应有限度地承认诱惑侦查的合法性,并加强对其规制,建立侦查机关内部监督与检察机关外部监督相结合的监督体制。在司法实践中,应从诱惑侦查主体、适用范围、侦查对象选定、特情的建立和选派、立案及诱惑行为强度等几个方面进行规制。In the practice of drugs crime investigation, encouragement is used in many cases.Our legislation should admit the lawfulness,strengthen the normalization,and set up internal supervisory system of combining the internal supervision of investigational mechanism with external supervision of procuratorial mechanism.In judicial practice,we should normalize the encouragement on subject,scope,target selection,the selection of person hired by police,putting on record and intensity of encouragment.
