摘　　要：英国和美国的校企关系的发展都经历了从不成熟到成熟这样一个过程。目前,两国的校企联系在形式、规模、效益、组织制度和社会认可度等方面比中国的状况要好。通过比较中英美校企关系发展的历史和现状,认为推动英美校企关系发展的主要因素有三个;外部推动力、政府干预和多元因素“新合力”;并分析了中国校企关系发展不足的主要原因:工业和高等教育的合作发展缓慢及其内部机制不合理。The cooperation between universities and corporations in England and America both experience the stage from juvenility to maturity. Now,the cooperation of the two countries is better than that of China in forms, scales, benefits, systems and social certifications. By comparison, this paper finds three elements including exterior impetus, governments' intervene and 'new mix-force' driving the cooperations in England and America developed well. And furthermore, it also analyzes the main causes why Chinese combination between universities and corporations developed dissatisfied are the slow development of industry, higher education and unreasonable inner system.
