摘 要:应用籼稻品种明恢 86和佳辐占为亲本建立的F2 群体及相应的SSR分子标记连锁图 ,用区间定位法的Additive和Free两种模型分别对水稻部分重要农艺性状和产量构成性状的QTL进行了定位分析。结果Additive模型共检测到 3个QTL ,均位于第 1号染色体的RM1-RM 2 83区间 ,分别控制水稻生育期、株高和每穗粒数 ,基因成簇分布。Free模型共检测到 5个QTL ,其中控制水稻生育期、株高和每穗粒数的 3个QTL的位置和效应大小与Additive模型基本相同 ;另外还检测到 2个影响结实率和千粒重的QTL分别位于第 7号染色体的RM180 -RM 2 14和第 2号染色体的RM 2 79-RM 15 4区间 ,其贡献率均较小。同时 ,分析比较了研究结果与前人不同的原因。A F 2 population and a corresponding simple sequence repeats (SSR) molecular marker linkage map were established and constructed from a cross between two indica rice cultivars, Minghui86 and Jiafuzhan. QTL of heading date, plant height and yield components were detected and analyzed by Additive and Free models of interval mapping. The results showed that 3 QTL conferring heading date, plant height and spikelets per panicle were all detected on RM1-RM283 of chromosome 1 based on Additive model and located in the similar region by clustering distribution. Similarly, the results of QTL underlying heading date, plant height and spikelets per panicle in chromosome location, effect and contribution rate by Free model were the same to those by Additive model. Furthermore, 2 QTL for seed-setting rate and 1000-grain weight by Free model were mapped in RM180-RM214 of chromosome 7 and in RM279-RM154 of chromosome 2 respectively, and both had lower contribution rates. The reason of different mapping results compared to previous studies was discussed.
