体操普修课逆向式教学法的研究

摘  要:由易到难的顺向教学法在体操课时有限的情况下表现出欠科学的一面———难技术的学习时间短,技术不巩固。以教育学、心理学及《矛盾论》理论为依据,提出由难到易的逆向教学法。实验证明:在学生具备学习体操普修技术的素质和能力的条件下,运用逆向教学法既能保证一般技术的学习效果,又能有效地促进较难技术的巩固和提高。Teaching method from easy to difficult has its non-scientific points when teaching hours are limited -- the hours spent on studying difficult skills are too little. So it is difficultfor students to consolidate the skills. According to pedagogy, psychology and the theories in the book 'On contradictions', this paper explores another teaching method-from difficult to easy. Experiments show: when students have gained the fundamental qualities of studing universal gymnastics skills, this new teaching method can help to not only consolidate but also improve the more difficult skills.
