摘　　要：面对21世纪的人才竞争,体育教学必须培养创新型人才,教师应努力营造良好的教学创新氛围,激发学生主动创新的意识,发展学生的个性,培养其创新人格,提高审美能力,把"要我学"的被动选择变成"我要学"的主体行为。With the competition of talents in the 21st century, Physical education teaching has to train talents who can make innovations.In order to change the passive action of forcing me to learn into the active action that I want to learn, teachers should try their best to create a favorable atmosphere of making innovations, to arouse the students' awareness of making innovations initiatively,to expand the students' personality, to develop their spirit of making innovations, and to improve their aesthetical judgment.
