摘  要: 为了解决香果树Emmenopteryshenryi种子萌发困难的问题,使用不同的光照条件较系统地研究了香果树种子休眠和萌发的生理特性.结果表明:香果树种子属典型的光敏感性种子,在黑暗中无论恒温或变温条件下均完全不能萌发;整个萌发过程需1000lx光照强度和每天照光16h;在光照条件下适宜的萌发温度为20℃、25℃恒温,其次是30℃恒温和30℃(日)、20℃(夜)变温.In order to solve the problem of Emmenopterys henyi seeds germinating difficultly, we systematically studied the dormancy and germination characteristics of Emmenopterys henyi seeds with different light conditions. The results show that Emmenopterys henyi seed is a light-sensitive seed and it cannot germinate in dark whether the temperature is constant or not; and that during germination, Emmenopterys henyi seed needs 16 h of lighting with 1 000 lx everyday and with lighting, the suitable temperature for germination is constant 20℃ to 25℃ and next to it are constant temperature 30℃ and changeable temperature 30℃(D)/20℃ (N).
