摘  要:中小企业在我国的国民经济建设中起着极其重要的作用,但随着社会的发展,我国中小企业须根据自身实际情况进行战略定位,选择市场进入模式。就中小企业的现状和特点来看,中小企业有四种比较有效的市场进入模式,即依附大企业、组建小企业集群、进行国际化经营以及发展特色经营。这四种进入模式各有特点,中小企业应视自己的具体情况,选择合适的进入模式。同时,政府和社会应采取各种措施来帮助中小企业进行不同形式的创业。Small businesses play a vital role in our national economy. With the development of the society,small businesses should position themselves in light of their status,and select an appropriate mode of entering the market. Small businesses, based on their status quo and characteristics,are faced with four relatively effective modes of entering the market,e.g. cooperating with big businesses, conglomerating into big ones, internationalization and developing their own characteristics. All the four modes have their own characteristics,so each small business should choose its own mode of entering the market on the base of its own reality. At the same time,the government and the society should take measures to help small businesses to pursue their different routes.
