摘　　要：采用可配置技术,根据不同顾客需要自动生成个性化产品的生产明细表是企业未来努力方向。通过PDM和ERP计算机系统软件,分别对技术系统和生产系统中的信息流、工作流和相关业务领域的信息系统实行集成,满足技术系统和生产系统的产品的不同管理需要,在产品的形成过程和生命周期中,达到产品开发、设计与制造全过程的信息集成,实现设计明细表数据与生产明细表数据快速转化的应用前景。Production Bill of Material is the most important basic data in a company's production organization system, which specifies the structure and number in the process of production and the manufacturing place. It is the future direction for companies to adopt configurable technology and generate the custom Production Bill of Material of products automatically in line with customer demands. With such software as PDM and ERP, we can integrate the information flow and work flow in technical system and production system with information systems in related fields so as to satisfy the different management demands of technical system and production system, and in the design period and the life cycle of products realize the integration of information in the whole process of developing, designing and making products, aiming at a quick change from the data of Engineering Bill of Material to the data of Production Bill of Material.
