摘 要:活性炭是水处理中常用的一种有效吸附剂 ,其再生具有重要意义 .采用动态吸附法吸附苯酚溶液的方法 ,模拟活性炭的吸附饱和过程 ;采用浸渍法制备CuO/Al2 O3 催化剂 ;在高压反应釜中对吸附饱和的活性炭进行多相催化湿式氧化 ,使活性炭得以再生 ,并氧化分解被脱附析出的有机物 .在温度 2 10℃、氧分压 0 .6MPa下 ,反应 1h的活性炭再生效率为 4 7.0 % ,出水化学需氧量 (COD)为 36 7.0mg·L-1.结果表明该方法可有效再生活性炭 ,并使出水的COD明显下降 .As an effective adsorbent,the active carbon is widely used in water treatment and its regeneration is very importanct.In this paper,activated carbon was saturated by phenol solution in a dynamic adsorption process.CuO/Al 2O 3 catalyst was prepared with impregnant method.In a batch autoclave reactor,saturated adsorbent was regenerated in heterogeneous catalytic wet oxidation,and organic chemicals were oxidized and decomposed.At a temperature of 210 ℃ and the oxygen pressure of 0.6 MPa,with 1 h of reaction,the regeneration efficiency of activated carbon is 47.0%,the COD of effluent water is 367.0 mg·L -1.The results show that the way is an effective method for regeneration of activated carbon and the descending COD of effluent is obvious.We investigated the effects of regeneration efficiency of activated carbon and COD of effluent water on temperature and time of reaction.
