摘 要:烟叶复烤过程是一个不确定的时滞系统,为了对时滞性进行有效的控制,本文提出了一种新的模糊内模预估控制方法。它的最大特点是采用智能化的模糊模型预估器作为被控过程的内部模型,对实际输出起预测作用,从而克服时滞对系统带来的不利影响。同时,根据预测误差建立模糊内模控制器,在线修正、补偿被控过程的模型失配。数字仿真显示,这种控制方法优于常规控制方法,在烟叶复烤过程有广泛的应用前景。There exists lagging and uncertainty in tobacco redrying process. In order to solve the lagging problem of the process effectively, it has put forward a new kind of control method using the predictive controller based on fuzzy internal model in this paper. The most excellent characteristic of the system is that it adopts the intelligent fuzzy predictive controller as the internal model of the controlling process. It not only can predict the actually output and overcome the harmful effects caused by the lagging property but also can establish fuzzy internal model according to the predicting error, compensate the dispatch of the of the controlling process, and make digital emulation. Since the controlling method is in advantage of usual controlling method, there will be an extensive prospect of using it in tobacco redrying.
