光固化复合树脂在前牙外伤治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨光固化复合树脂在前牙外伤固定治疗中的临床应用效果。方法:选择10例上前牙外伤致松动的患者,应用直径为0.25mm金属结扎丝加光固化复合树脂固定,消除咬合创伤,随访观察6-24个月。结果:拆除光固化复合树脂及结扎丝后,10例患者前牙均已完全固定,效果满意。结论:光固化复合树脂治疗前牙外伤,美观舒适,固定牢靠,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of light curing Microglass composite's in the splinting traumatic anterior teeth treatments. Methods To choose more than 10 cases that the patients'anterior teeth loosened traumatically, apply medical metal wire (Φ 0.25mm) to ligate and light curing Microglass composite to splint,relieve the occlusive trauma and observe 6-24 months. Results 10 patients' anterior teeth have splinted very well after dismantling the light curing Microglass composite and the medical metal wire. Conclusion The clinical effect is satisfactory to treat anterior teeth injury,and it is perfect splinting.This method is worth extending and using.
