摘　　要：介绍了"升温启动"、"间歇大扰动"过程实现调节时间最短,而无超调的控制构思;设计并引入了"特殊控制模块"使滞后时间τ≥12min的对象实时控制,获得满意效果。The control concept and design with fastest response and no overshoot for'Temperature-Raising Startup'and'Blocking Large Upset'processes are introduced. Also, special control module is presented, with which the control objects of dead time greater than 12 min can be controlled in real time and satisiactory result can be obtained.
