摘　　要：目的　探讨 B型超声对肾上腺肿瘤的定位和定性与其鉴别诊断的价值。方法　回顾性分析术前作过 B超检查的肾上腺肿瘤 36例。结果　超声显像诊断结果与手术和病理结果对照 ,超声定位符合率 97.2 % (35 /36 ) ,定性符合率 86 .1 % (31 / 36 )。结论　对于典型的肾上腺肿瘤 。Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in dianosing adrenl tumors.Methods Thirty six cases with adrenal tumors underwent B mode ultrasound preoperatively and analysed retrospectively.Results In the total of 36 cases,the ultrasonographic diagnostic accuracy in localizing the tumors was 97 2%(35/36),the preoperative diagnosis accuracy was 86 1%(31/36).Conclusions The preoperative diagnosis of adrenal tumors is possible by combining the charaterstics on ultrasonography and other clinical technology.
