摘 要:目的 通过研究急性阑尾炎超声影像学中规律性特点 ,对急性阑尾炎进行分型。方法 12 1例急性阑尾炎患者 ,行常规阑尾超声检查。根据阑尾腔内有无液体 ,分为Ⅰ型 :腔内无液体。Ⅱ型 :腔内有液体。并记录阑尾声像图特征、阑尾最大外径和壁的厚度。结果 其声像图特点为 :Ⅰ型 42例 ,最大外径范围 4.0~ 18.4mm ,平均 (6.3± 0 .9)mm。壁厚度范围 2 .1~ 9.0mm ,平均 (4 .5± 0 .6)mm。Ⅱ型 79例 ,最大外径范围 6.3~ 2 7.0mm ,平均为 (12 .2± 0 .8)mm。壁厚度范围 2 .6~ 12 .9mm ,平均为 (5 .1± 0 .6)mm。结论 急性阑尾炎超声分型 ,有利于超声描述和临床医生对阑尾的形象理解。Objective To classify acute appendicitis by studying its ultrasonographic characteristics. Methods One hunered and twenty-one patients with acute appendicitis were examined by routine ultrasound,which were divided into two types,type Ⅰ without fluid in the cavity and type Ⅱ with fluid in the cavity. Results There were 42 patients in type Ⅰ,the longest outer diameter ranged from 4.0 mm to 18.4 mm with average of (6.3±0.9) mm,the wall thickness ranged from 2.1 mm to 9.0 mm with average of (4.5±0.6) mm. There were 79 patients in type Ⅱ,the longest outer diameter ranged from 6.3 mm to 27.0 mm with average of (12.2±0.8) mm,the wall thickness ranged from 2.6 mm to 12.9 mm with average of (5.1±0.6) mm. Conclusion The ultrasonographic classification of acute appendicitis is helpful to understand the relationship between ultrasonographic description and morphology of the appendix.
