摘 要:目的 比较orbscan -Ⅱ角膜地形图仪与A超角膜测厚仪对角膜中央测定的差异 ,为临床应用提供依据。方法 随机抽取 165例 ( 3 0 0只眼 )近视眼患者 ,对其在屈光手术前用orbscan -Ⅱ角膜地形图仪和A超测量角膜中央厚度的结果进行比较分析。结果 orbscan -Ⅱ测量角膜中央厚度为 ( 5 48.5 8± 3 0 .89) μm ,A超测量结果为 ( 5 44 .3 3± 2 9.68) μm ,两者之间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。其中角膜中央厚度在 5 0 0~ 60 0 μm之间有 2 47眼 ,orbscan -Ⅱ测量结果为 ( 5 49.46±2 3 .0 5 ) μm ,A超测量结果为 ( 5 44 .94± 2 3 .41) μm ,两者无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。 >60 0 μm者有 2 3眼 >,orbscan -Ⅱ测量结果为 ( 617 77± 11.3 7) μm ,A超测量结果为 ( 60 7.46± 17.68) μm ,两者无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。 <5 0 0 μm者有 3 0眼 ,orb scan -Ⅱ测量结果为 ( 493 .91± 6.81) μm ,A超测量结果为 ( 496.9± 8.2 0 ) μm ,两者无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论 orbscan-Ⅱ与A超对角膜中央厚度的测量有较高的一致性 。Objective To evaluate the corneal thinkness measures with Orbscan-Ⅱ topography system and A-ultrasonic pachymetry.Methods Corneal Ⅱ thinkness in 300 eyes of 165 myopic patients was measused with Orbscan-Ⅱ topography system and ultrasonic pachymetry.The results were treated statistically and the differences were analysed.Results The central thinkness was 548.58±30.89μm with orbscan-Ⅱsystem and 544.33±29.68μm with A-ultrasonoscope.There was no statistical difference( P >0.05).Of the 247 eyes,the central corneal thinkness were between 500μm and 600μm,the result measured with Orbscan-Ⅱ system was 549.46±23.05μm and that measured with A-ultrasonoscope was 544.94±23.41μm,the difference between them was not significant.In 23 eyes,the corneal thickness was higher than 600μm,and in 30 eyes,the corneal thickness was lower than 500μm.In the two groups,the results of corneal pachymetry measurements had no statistical difference( P >0.05).Conclusion Agreement between the Orbscan-Ⅱ topography system and A-ultrasonoscope on corneal pachymetry measurements was high,but Orbscan-Ⅱ topography system can't replace ultrasonic pachymetry.
