祛腐生肌散治疗难愈性切口感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察中药祛腐生肌散治疗难愈性切口感染的效果。方法　选用蜈蚣、冰片等 5味中药研末制成散剂 ,换药时撒薄层于无菌凡士林油纱布上 ,敷或塞于伤口。结果　 1个月内治愈 18例 ,2个月内治愈 10例 ,3个月内治愈 8例 ,无效 1例。结论　中药祛腐生肌散具有活血止痛、祛腐生肌之功效 ,治疗难愈性切口感染疗效显著。Objective It is to observe the effect of Qufushengji Powder on stubborn incision infection.Methods Five kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine including centipede and borneol and so on were chosen and made into powder. When the medicine was exchanged, the powder was sprinkled on the germfree Vaseline pledget and then the pledget was stuck on or stuffed in the wound.Results After treatment, there were eighteen cases cured within one month, ten cases cured within two months, eight cases cured within three months and one case uncured.Conclusion Qufushengji Powder has the function of activating blood circulation, alleviating pain, dispelling carrion and producing muscles. It has a good effect on stubborn incision infection.
