摘　　要：学报执行编辑的思维应定位于民族文化传播、积淀优秀学术论文的理念上,弄清执行编辑的责任理念和编辑营造绿色期刊意识理念的元素,对提高学报质量和提升编辑素质有现实意义。Executive edifors of caademic journal shoudcl be oriented to the point of spreading national culture and recom- mending quality academic articles. To improve the quality of academic journals and edifors, it is important fo malce clear an exec- utive editor's responsibility so that'green'journals may be published.
