气相色谱法测定洗洁精中甲醛的含量

摘　　要：目的　建立测定洗洁精中甲醛的含量的气相色谱方法 ,评价洗洁精中甲醛的含量。方法　气相色谱法 ,色谱柱 :OV - 1 ,6 2 0 1白色担体 ,1 0 0 0mm× 4 0mm不锈钢柱 ,氢焰离子化检测器。结果　标准曲线的回归方程为Y =2 4 5 +0 0 6 3X ,相关系数为γ =99 97% ,线性范围为 0 0 3μg～2 4 0 μg ,检出限为 0 0 0 3μg ,RSD =2 35 % (n =6 ) ,回收率为 97 1 %～ 1 0 4 %。 1 0种品牌不同规格包装的洗洁精 ,发现各产品中均含有甲醛 ,其含量为 8 0 μg/ml～ 1 80 0 μg/ml。 结论　所建立的气相色谱测定洗洁精中甲醛含量的方法 ,灵敏度高、简便、准确、快速 ,可用于洗洁精中甲醛含量的测定及质量控制。Objective To establish a gas chromatography method for determination of formddehyde in detergent and evaluate the contents of formddehyde in detergent.Methods The contents were assayed on stainless steel column with a mobile phase of nitrogen at a flow rate 0.2 MPa.Results The equation of regression was Y =2.45+0.063 X ,the regression coefficient was 99.97%.The linear ranges of formddehyde were within 0.03μg～240μg.The detection limit was 0.003μg.The RSD was 2.35%( n =6).The recovery rate was 97.1%～104%.The formddehyde was discoveried in 10 different kinds of detergents and the content ranges were 8.0 μg/ml～180.0μg/ml.Conclusion This method was sensitive,simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for quality control of large amounts of samples.
