摘  要:用荧光光谱法,通过考察β 环糊精(β CD)和单 [2 氧 (2 羟丙基)] β 环糊精(HPCD)水溶液中芘的I1/I3值的变化、芘与上述两种环糊精结合常数的大小,以及pH值对两种环糊精水溶液中芘的I1/I3影响的不同,研究了芘/β CD、芘/HPCD作用方式的差别.结果表明芘与β CD形成1∶2夹心式的包络物后,两个β CD分子大端口羟基间形成氢键,使芘与β CD形成的包络物更加稳定.而HPCD由于二位上取代基的位阻效应,与芘只能形成1∶1的包络物.A novel fluorimetry for studying on the interaction differences between mono-[2-O-(2-hydroxypropyl)]-β-cyclodextrin(HPCD) and β- cyclodextrin(β-CD) with pyrene was established. I_1/I_3 of pyrene, the effect of pH on the I_1/I_3 in two CDs aqueous solutions, inclusion constants of β-CD and HPCD with pyrene were investigated with the method. The experimental results indicated that pyrene formed a 1∶2 complex with β-CD due to the formation of hydrogen bonds between the two adjacent β-CDs. However, only a 1∶1 inclusion complex was formed between pyrene and HPCD, because of the steric hindrance of propyl group in HPCD.
