摘  要:用酶学分析方法研究了南美白对虾(Penaeusvannamei)不同发育期(Z1→P1~2)幼体胃蛋白酶、类胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶的活力,并观察了几种饵料(虾片、桡足类、轮虫和卤虫无节幼体)对仔虾消化酶活力的影响.结果表明,在南美白对虾幼体发育过程中,这5种消化酶活力表现3种变化模式,其中胃蛋白酶和类胰蛋白酶活力从Z1到M3期逐渐增大;淀粉酶和纤维素酶活力呈逐渐下降趋势;脂肪酶活力很低.在食性转化过程中,胃蛋白酶,类胰蛋白酶和淀粉酶活力呈现较明显的变化.南美白对虾幼体消化酶对饵料中的营养物质有着明显的适应性,并受饵料和各发育阶段能量需求的调节.The specific of five major digestive enzymes activity of Penaeus vannamei larvae of different developmental stages (Z_1→P_(1~2)) and the effects of diets on these digestive enzymes were studied. The results indicate that there are 3 different patterns in 5 digestive enzymes from Z_1 to P_(1~2).The activities of pepsin enzyme and tryptase increase along with the growth of larval prawn until M_3. The activity of amylase and cellulase decreases along with larval development. The activities of lipase are relatively low and don't show regular changes during all larval stages. The activities of pepsin, trypase and amylase all change obviously when feeding habits transform. The digestive enzyme of larval prawn adapt obviously to the nutrition competent of diet, and associate with the energy demand of different developmental stages.
