小麦剪药去雄套袋杂交技术

摘　　要：小麦剪药去雄套袋杂交技术与常规杂交法相比,简化了杂交程序,提高了工效5—7倍。结实正常,假杂种少。通过套牛皮纸袋克服了杂交种子瘪小的缺点,提高了杂交种子质量。该技术操作简便,容易掌握,是小麦杂交的一个实用高效的新方法。The author summarizes former results and improves the technique in makingwheat crpsses by clipping anther and bagging with manilla paper. Compared with rou-tine method, this one has following advantages: simplify the crossing process, raisethe working efficiency about 5--6 times, increase the seed setting; reduce percentage offalse hybrid; correct the disadvantage of smmaller seed seize and improve the qualityof hybrid seed by bagging several spikes in one manilla paper bag. Also, this methodis high efficient, practical and easy to handle.
