摘 要:为了克服输入定子侧的低次谐波和控制复杂的问题,提出了基于自关断器件的新型软起动。与传统晶闸管控制的软起动不同,由于采用了自关断器件,因此新型软起动的控制简单,开关器件的触发信号不需要与主电路同步,容易实现,而且还能开环控制。分析了新型软起动的运行原理和定子上电压和电流的谐波特性,并给出了仿真结果。实验验证了新型软起动的正确性。To overcome the problems of large lower-order harmonics and slow response associated with conventional thyristor controlled voltage, the novel soft starter based on self-commutated switches is proposed. Yet, unlike the thyristorized soft starters previously reported in the literature, the gating signals of the proposed topology are easier to implement. Moreover, it does not require synchronization with the ac mains and the open-loop control can be carried out. The operating principle of the novel soft starter and the characteristics of staler voltage and current are analyzed in this paper. And the corresponding simulating results are given. The experimental results prove the validity of the new soft starter.
