小粘膜藻4种化合物的分离和结构鉴定

摘　　要：利用正相硅胶、生物胶Bio -beads、SephadexLH -20柱色谱、反相HPLC及重结晶等分离手段 ,从小粘膜藻(Leathesianana)中分离得到4个化合物 ,通过IR、MS、1D和2DNMR等现代波谱技术鉴定结构为 :吲哚 -3 -甲酸(1)、3,5 -二羟基 -4 -甲氧基苯甲醇(2)、1 -O -十六烷酰基甘油酯(3)和岩藻甾醇(4)。以上化合物均为首次从该属海藻中分离鉴定。Four compounds,1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid(1),3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxyl benzyl alcohol(2),1-O-hexanoyl-glycerol ester(3)and fucosterol(4),were isolated from the brown alga Leathesia nana.Comˉpounds1-4were obtained by normal phase silica gel,Bio-beads SX3,Sephadex LH-20chromatography and reverse phase HPLC techniques.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods including IR,EIMS,1D and2D NMR.Compounds1～4were isolated from this species for the first time.
