摘 要:针对单机架中厚板轧制过程中,不同轧制及控制轧制方式下轧机的利用率等问题进行分析.在一组组板坯轧制生产方式的基础上,提出了板坯交替轧制的生产方式,并在此基础上,进一步研究了根据不同的轧制时间、待温时间等条件优化控制轧制节奏的方法.该方法可以有效地提高中厚板轧机的利用率.Productivity of a plate mill was studied in detail, under different methods of controlled rolling and normal rolling, in the process of rolling of a single mill line. On the basis of controlled rolling batch by batch, the method with which the slab was taken in turn in rolling was proposed. With this method, the optimization of rhythms in controlled rolling was further studied in accordance with the rolling time and temperature waiting time, etc. It is seen that efficiency of the plate mill can be greatly increased by adopting conclusions of this study.
