摘  要:目的 探讨递增负荷运动过程中老年冬泳爱好者血浆一氧化氮 (NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)活性的变化规律。方法 选取冬泳协会健康老年爱好者 12人 ,普通社区健康老年人 12人作为对照组 ,同时进行递增负荷运动。测各组安静时、运动后即刻、运动后恢复 30min后肘静脉血液的血浆NO的含量和NOS的活性。结果 冬泳组在安静时NO的含量、NOS的活性比对照组高 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ;运动后即刻各组NO的含量、NOS的活性均升高 ,冬泳组升高率大于对照组 ;恢复期各组NO含量均降低 ,冬泳组的恢复速度大于对照组。结论 运动可提高人体血浆内NO的含量以及NOS的活性 ;在运动过程中 ,有训练者调节NO代谢的能力增强 ,延缓肌体的老化。Objective It is to discuss the content of plasma nitric oxide (NO) and the change of the NO synthase (NOS) activity in Middle-aged and old winter swimming fans in the course of load sport increased by degrees.Methods Twelve healthy old men of winter swimming association were chosen and regarded as winter swimming group, and twelve ordinary healthy old men were chosen and regarded as control group. The load sport increased by degrees was begun in the two groups at the same time. The plasma NO content and NOS activity in elbow vein blood were examined at being quiet, at once after sport and after thirty minutes behind sport.Results The plasma NO content and NOS activity in winter swimming group at being quiet were higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The plasma NO content and NOS activity in every group were risen at once after the sport and the rising rate of winter swimming group was higher than that in control group. The plasma NO content in every group was debased in convalescence and the recovery speed in winter swimming group was sooner than that in control group.Conclusion Sport can improve the plasma NO content and NOS activity in human plasma. In sport course, the person who trains the ability to regulate NO content and stay organism decrepitude is strengthened.
