摘　　要：21世纪的素质教育使高校图书馆成为整个人才教育体系的重要组成部分,应充分发挥高雅的图书馆环境、丰富的高品质馆藏、现代化的各种设施等优势,搞好学生素质教育,并主动适应从应试教育向素质教育的转变。The quality education of 21st century makes the university library b ecome an important component of the whole talents education system, in order to do well students' quality education and fit in with the transformation from the examination education to the quality education actively, we should give full pla y to the superiorities of the library of the graceful environment, abundant and quality collections, various modern facilities, etc.
