市场经济中的伦理信用问题

摘　　要：伦理信用是市场经济的灵魂 ,是市场经济良性运转的前提 ,是市场经济不可或缺的社会资源、优化配置的有效手段 ,可以降低市场经济中的交易成本、节省流通费用、加速资本的周转。而目前我国出现了严重的伦理信用失常现象 :经济合同失效、假冒伪劣产品充斥市场、金融风险居高不下等 ,这主要是因为伦理信用观念缺乏、制度方面不健全及地方保护主义的存在所引起的。为此要完善伦理信用必须强化伦理信用理念 ,加强和完善伦理信用的法律制度建设 ,克服地方保护主义和各种腐败现象 ,营造伦理信用的文化氛围。Being the soul in Market Economy, the ethical crediting paves the way for sound market cooperation. As an indispensable social resource of market economy, it facilitates the disposition, receding costs and expediting capital turnover. However, maladjustments of ethical credit occur in Chinese economy: the invalidation of contracts, the flooding of fake products and high financial hazards, etc., all for lack of ethical crediting mind, imperfection of ethical crediting system and the influence of localism. Therefore, intensifying the ethical crediting concept and enhancing the construction of law system in ethical crediting, overcoming localism and corruption and constructing ethical crediting system are in earnest want for the perfection of the ethical crediting system.
