摘　　要：采用电容式厚度传感器对吹塑薄膜厚度进行无接触不间断测量,并通过对挤出机和挤出机头的温度、牵引速度和挤出速度的在线测量和微机PID闭环控制,实现薄膜厚度均匀.This paper focuses on how to carry on non-touched continuous thickness measurement of blow film by making use of the capacitance thickness sensor.Then it further states the ways of averaging the thickness of blow film by PID encircling control on the temperature of the extruder and extrusion die,the speed of extruder and the speed of traction.All this process is controlled by microcomputer.
