摘　　要：介绍了分散网络化制造的原理,分析了建立分散网络化制造的指导思想、类型及过程,并以实例对分散网络化制造在加工领域应用的全过程进行了深入的讨论。案例成功地表明分散网络化制造是缩短产品上市周期、提高企业核心竞争力的有效生产组织模式,从而说明分散网络化制造的思想符合市场发展趋势。Introduce the principle of dispersed network manufacturing, analyse the direction idea,type and process of founding the dispersed network manufacturing, an example is given todeeply discuss the whole process of the dispersed network manufacturing s application inthe field of manufacture. According to the successful cases, the dispersed network manu-facturing is a more efficient manufacture mode. It is useful for shortening the product manu-facture period and promoting the enterprise core competence power.
