摘　　要：基于企业营运环境的变化速度超过了企业自身的调整速度这一现象,企业的业务流程就要实现动态组合,资源要实行柔性分配。本文在分析企业资源柔性分配的概念和意义的基础上,提出了企业资源柔性分配系统的层次模型,并给出了相关的技术支持,最后从该视角探讨了ERP的有效实施。In view of the reality that the speed at which the external enterprise operation environmentchanges exceeds that of the enterprise's internal adjustment, the business process shouldbe reorganized dynamically and the resource allocated flexibly. By analyzing the conceptand the significance of flexible enterprise resource allocation, the paper puts forward astratum model of flexible enterprise resource allocation system, and then discusses theeffective implementation of ERP from the perspective.
