摘　　要：审判委员会制度无论在理论上还是在实际运作中均存在一些问题,其最大弊端在于其享有的对案件的实体审判权违反诉讼基本原则和制度,是造成目前审判效率低、案件质量不高、执法不公甚至司法腐败的重要因素之一。应予废除。The system of judicial committee has problems not only in theory but also in practical use.The most malady is that the judicial committee has the jurisdiction to the result of the case.It violates the basic principle of lawsuit,goes against the regular of justice.It is one of the important factors that causes the judgeinefficient,makes the case low quality,get the enforcement of the law unfair.Of cause,it should be abolished.
