西部地区农村城市化的动力机制分析

摘　　要：指出我国农村城市化的主要形式是小城镇建设发展。从动力机制角度分析了西部小城镇建设应注意的问题。提出了动力机制的"五层次论",即非产业的形成聚集,人居环境优越,农村工业化过程,比较利益驱动,以及政策导向和政府支持,最后指出西部落后地区小城镇建设的方向、措施。It is reported that the development of small-sized townships is urbanization of the countryside in China. Issues calling for special attention are putforward. Five steps are suggested as follows: formation of tertiary industries;improvement of people's living condition; process of urbanization in the countryside, motivation for making more profit; and orientation of policy and supportfrom the government. Finally, the countermeasures for the construction of small-sized townships in West China are put forward.
