摘　　要：《上海博物馆藏战国楚竹书(一)》出版以来,学术界对其研究主要集中在文字考释、编联和复原方面。接下来的研究,应是对其内容的深入考察,以明其精神实质及学术价值,同时以检验和印证前一阶段的研究成果。本文结合《诗经》原文及《诗序》对上博简《诗论》第二章进行详细解读,拟有助于有关问题之解决。Since the Chu-State Bamboo-Slip edition in Shanghai Museum (I) was published, the academic society has worked mainly on its literal research , annotation, compilation and restoration. The following work should be focused on making a thorough investigation and study on its content in order to understand its mental essence and academic value and meanwhile examine and verify the research results of the preceding stage. This paper is to make a detailed explanation on the second chapter ofCommentaries on The Book of Poetry in Shanghai Museum through the help of the original of The Book of Poetry and Shi Xv to contribute to solve some concerned questions.
