摘　　要：分析了非股权战略联盟成员企业相互信任的重要作用,并对非股权战略联盟成员企业信任度的主要影响因素进行了分析和研究,指出了是由内部和外部因素共同影响非股权战略联盟成员间的相互信任。由此提出了确定非股权战略联盟成员间相互信任的指标:信任度T,并且给出了运用模糊综合评判法确定T的方法。The important function of the trust is analyzed, which is between the members of non-equity strategic alliance, The authors research the main affected factors of the trust between the members of non-equity strategic alliance, indicates that the trust between the members of non-equity strategic alliance is effected both by the interior factors and the exterior factors. Then, the trust degree between the members of non-equity strategic alliance is put forward, and the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to introduce the trust degree.
