摘 要:改性沥青桥梁伸缩缝在寒区应用时,由于低温作用普遍开裂,而且填缝料和梁端连接处普遍存在界面裂缝。此外,在高温条件下,由于振捣措施不当,填料凹陷的情况亦较多。针对上述缺陷,本文在分析其成因的基础上,提出通过添加热塑性橡胶类改性剂和橡胶类改性剂,对美佳改性沥青结合料进行二次改性及调整原混合料的油石比,改善沥青结合料和混合料低温性能的措施,同时对材料的高温性能及老化性能进行了简要评价,提出解决填缝料和梁端存在的界面裂缝问题及高温振捣问题的合理措施。Most modified asphalt bridge expansion joints fend to have existed cracks because of low temperature,when they applied in cold area. Between the bituminous mixture and bridge,the cracks existed .In a addition,filling is sunk because of inappropriate vibration. this paper based on the cause of cracking put forward measures of formation,modifying the MEIJIA materials through the Polymer and adjusting the ratio of oil and stone of mixture to improve the low temperature capacity of modified asphalt and bituminous mixture and evaluate briefly the high temperature and aging of material,and adopt appropriate measure to solve the problems of cracks at interface and vibration in high temperature.
