摘 要:采用海藻酸钙和聚丙烯酰胺两种固定化材料对青霉菌进行固定化.分别考查了在不同温度、pH、转速、培养时间、染料浓度等条件下对活性艳蓝KN R的脱色影响.实验结果表明,两种固定化青霉菌最适条件均为:培养温度30℃,pH=4.0,转速为150r/min;海藻酸钙固定化小球培养时间为48h,聚丙烯酰胺培养时间58h;染料浓度对脱色率有一定的影响.海藻酸钙固定化小球比聚丙烯酰胺固定化块状颗粒具有较好的脱色效果.两种固定化青霉菌经多次脱色后能重复使用.The Penicillium sp. X5 was immobilized by calcium alginate and polyarylamide,respectively. The effects of temperature, pH, rotation speed , culture time and dye concentration on the decolorization of reactive brilliant blue KN-R were studied. The results showed that for both kinds of immobilized Penicillium sp. X5. The optimum temperature, pH , rotation speed were 30℃, 4.0 and 150 r/min. The optimum culture time of the Penicillium sp. X5 immobilezed by calcium alginate was 48 h. Penicillium sp. X5 immobilezed by polyarylamide was 58 h. The dye concentration also had influence on decolorization. In comparison with polyarylamide, it was showed the decolorization rate of Penicillium sp. X5 immobilized by calcium alginate was higher. The immobilized Penicillium sp. X5 could be reused after decolorizing.
