经阴道卵巢良性肿瘤切除30例临床研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨经阴道切除卵巢良性肿瘤的可行性、手术技巧及其优点。　方法　选取有手术指征的卵巢良性肿瘤 30例为研究组 ,同期类似病例 30例为对照组 ,分别经阴道及开腹行肿瘤切除。对两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后发热率、胃肠功能恢复时间、开始下床活动时间、住院时间、使用镇痛剂情况等指标进行比较分析。　结果　比较两组患者在手术时间上无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而在术中出血量、术后发热率、胃肠功能恢复时间、开始下床活动时间、住院时间、使用镇痛剂情况等方面研究组均优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。　结论　经阴道切除卵巢良性肿瘤 ,具有出血少 ,侵袭性小 ,不干扰腹腔内环境 ,术后发热率低 ,恢复快 ,住院时间短等优点 ,符合微创技术的要求 ,适宜各级医院开展。Objective To study the feasibility, operative skills and advantages of the transvaginal resection of ovarian benign tumors. Methods 30 cases with ovarian benign tumors received transvaginal resection, while the other 30 similar cases acquired resection by laparotomy.In the two groups,the indexes were analyzed by the operation time,blood loss,postoperative morbidity,the time of gastrointestinal function recovery,the time of keeping in bed and the hospital stay. Results The difference was significant in all indexes ( P <0.05), but not for the operation time ( P >0.05). Conclusions Compared with laparotomy, transvaginal operation has remarkable advantages, such as less blood loss,less injury, less abdominal disturbance,less fever suffering,quicker recovery, shorter hospital stay in treating ovarian benign tumors. The transvaginal resection of ovarian benign tumors is proved to be less invasion and more suitable to be developed in all kinds of hospitals.
