摘 要:目的 探讨铜绿假单胞菌DNA对荷瘤宿主淋巴器官过氧化脂质 (LPO )与超氧物歧化酶 (SOD )水平的影响及其机制。方法 应用纯化提取的铜绿假单胞菌染色体DNA进行体内抗肿瘤实验 ,观察铜绿假单胞菌DNA对荷瘤宿主淋巴器官LPO和SOD水平的影响及其与肿瘤生长的关系。结果 铜绿假单胞菌DNA能显著增大荷瘤宿主淋巴器官SOD/LPO比值 (P <0 .0 1) ,并抑制肿瘤的生长 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,延长荷瘤小鼠的生存期 (P <0 .0 5 )。Objective To study the effect of Pseudomonas aeruginosa DNA(P.aeruginosa DNA) on the lipid peroxide(LPO) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) levels in the lymphoid organs of mice bearing tumor.Methods The purified chromatic DNA of P.aeruginosa was used to observe the antitumor effect in vivo.The effect of P.aeruginosa DNA on the SOD/LPO levels in the lymphoid organs of mice bearing tumor and on the tumor growth was detected.Results The SOD/LPO values in lymphoid organs of hosts bearing tumor increased(P<0.01)and the growth of tumor was suppressed(P<0.05) after P.aeruginosa DNA was used.The survival time was also prolonged(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that the antioxidative effect of P.aeruginosa DNA in the lymphoid organs closely is related to the immunity of the hosts.
